Lloyd has developed a large following of raving clients over more than 20 years in the real estate industry. Many of his clients have bought and sold several homes with him and a few clients are in the double digits in transactions together.  The trust and report established keeps his clients coming back time and time again. Lloyd spent many years as a new construction and buyer specialist.  In more recent years, he has also grown the listing and seller representation portion of his business.  As a builder sales representative for several small builders, he learned key construction skills that help his buyers and sellers navigate the ins and outs of their transactions.  Wether you are looking for your first house, a new house, your last house or investment property, Lloyd will assist you every step of the way.  

Outside of work, Lloyd is active in his community and in his family.  He and his husband, Scott, are members of Faith United Methodist Church and serve on many committees and teams there.  He also helps to care for his parents and sister who reside with Scott & Lloyd. 

Recently, Lloyd partnered with Blondale Funderburk to create Your Home Place which is a manufactured home dealership to better serve South Carolina buyers and investors seeking affordable housing options.   They offer manufactured homes and duplexes with their office located in Fort Lawn SC.
